How to earn more as a Passenger Attendant
To become a passenger attendant, you will need to gain a recognised cabin crew qualification and sometimes a Basic Aviation Security Awareness (BASA) qualification too. Alternatively, you can undergo an on-the-job training programme. To further your career in this role, you can gain safety qualifications, such as a Diploma in Aviation Health and Safety, or a qualification in Customer Service. You can also rise through the ranks to become a lead passenger attendant. Finally, you may choose to specialise in specific areas, such as VIP services or customer relations.
