How to earn more as an Upholsterer
If you want to become an upholsterer, you will need to gain skills and qualifications in upholstery, textiles, furniture design and interiors. You could also complete a degree apprenticeship in addition to having relevant industry experience. For more advanced roles, you could move into a specialised area such as reupholstering antique furniture, or become an upholsterer for an interior design business. You may also choose to develop your skills further by becoming self-employed or starting your own upholstery business.
